Deimante Radlinskaite
I’m Deimante, your guide to finding zen in the chaos. After years of juggling a demanding corporate and personal life, I hit burnout - hard. My mind was constantly racing, my energy drained and even the things I once loved felt overwhelming. I was stuck on autopilot, running on empty and completely disconnected from the present moment. That’s when I discovered the power of meditation. It transformed my stress into clarity and helped me reset. That’s why I became a meditation teacher and created “Mind-Less Meditation” - to share simple, accessible practices that fit into real life.
Guided Meditation
My guided meditation is a reset button for your mind. No pressure, no perfect poses - just simple techniques to help you slow down, breathe and feel more like you. Whether you’re a busy professional or just need a moment to pause or even just to reconnect with yourself, I’ve got you.I can’t wait to guide you into the space of complete zen.

Restorative Yoga : Breathe, Soften, Expand
This 45-minute restorative yoga session invites you to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and ease into gentle, mindful movement. Using essential oils to enhance relaxation, we’ll flow through slow, breath-led stretches designed to release tension, soften the muscles, and create space—both physically and emotionally. As you surrender into longer-held postures, you’ll cultivate deep relaxation, allowing your body and mind to unwind fully. This is your time to move with ease, breathe deeply, and embrace stillness at a nourishing, unhurried pace.

Emma Groome
Emma, known for her calm and nurturing approach as a yoga teacher, first turned to yoga in her twenties to manage stress. Now, as a teacher, her aim is to create a space where others can step back and switch off from their busy lives. Alongside a career in elite sport, Emma teaches regularly at a hot yoga studio and co-delivers yoga day retreats in London that offer the chance to recharge and reconnect without the need to travel too far.

Yoga Nidra
In this 45-minute yoga nidra or ‘yoga sleep’ practice you’ll get cosy and comfortable and then Emma will guide you through a practice designed to take you to a place of deep relaxation. A form of guided meditation, yoga nidra has numerous physical, mental, and emotional benefits associated with it, including improved sleep, physical relaxation and enhanced creativity. It’s said that one hour of yoga nidra is the equivalent to four hours of deep sleep so this is not one to be missed!
