Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By booking with Social Wellness Club, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

Document Definitions

“Social Wellness Club,” “we,” “us,” “our”: Refers to Social Wellness Club and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, vendors, and contractors.

“You,” “your”: Refers to the guest or person making the booking.

“Stay”: Refers to the retreat you’ve booked with us.

“Start date”: The first day of the retreat.

“End date”: The final day of the retreat.
-
“Primary place of business”: The designated accommodation or location of the retreat.

“Booking deposit”: The non-refundable deposit required to secure your booking.
-
“Organisers”: Social Wellness Club and any third-party contractors we engage to deliver services.
-
“Cancellation”: Refers to any postponement, rescheduling, or non-attendance by you.

Your Obligations

You are responsible for adhering to any COVID-19 safety protocols and providing any required documentation.

Ensure that you review and read all digital correspondence sent by us regarding the retreat.

Understand the level of activity involved in the retreat and assess whether it suits your abilities.

Prepare for the retreat by reviewing the provided itinerary and kit list, and bring the recommended clothing and gear.

Maintain high standards of hygiene and courteous behaviour toward fellow participants. Respect local customs, cultural norms, and the environment during your stay.

You must follow our guidelines for safety and environmental practices.

Health & Participation

You confirm that you are in good physical and mental health and capable of participating in the retreat activities, which may include hiking, yoga, swimming, and other forms of physical activity.

Social Wellness Club reserves the right to refuse participation if, in our judgment, you are unable to continue for health or safety reasons. In such cases, refunds will not be given.

If there are any activities you chose to not take part in, you will have the option for quiet time instead.

Acknowledgment of Risks

You acknowledge that all travel involves risks, including potential exposure to hazards, equipment failure, or negligence. These risks may result in serious injury, disability, or death.

You accept full responsibility for any medical costs or emergency evacuation required during the retreat.

Social Wellness Club is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from services provided by independent contractors, force majeure, or other unforeseeable events outside our control.

Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Social Wellness Club, its directors, employees, trainers, or contractors from any injury, accident, or malpractice during your stay or in connection with your booking.

Payment Policy

Booking Deposit: All booking deposits are non-refundable.

Payment Options:
-
Pay the full retreat price upfront (this includes the deposit).
-
Pay the deposit, and settle the remaining balance via a payment plan before the retreat starts.

If you fail to complete payment within the stipulated timeframe, your booking may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of failed payments. You are liable for any fees incurred as a result of payment failure.

Optional activities like blood and DNA work, massage and sound therapy and are not included in the retreat price and will incur additional charges as specified.
Flights and Insurance

Flights, transfers, and insurance are not included in the retreat price. You are responsible for arranging your own travel and comprehensive insurance covering illness, injury, cancellation, loss of personal items, and more. Social Wellness Club will not be held liable if your insurance coverage is insufficient.

Cancellations by You
-
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

120+ days before start date: Full refund minus booking deposit and any payment processing fees.

90-120 days before start date: 50% refund minus booking deposit and payment processing fees.
-
Less than 90 days: No refund. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason.

Cancellations or Changes by Us

Social Wellness Club reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the itinerary or cancel the retreat for reasons outside our control (e.g., force majeure, local restrictions). We will offer alternative arrangements where possible.

Passport, Visa & Documentation

You are responsible for ensuring your passport, visa, and any necessary travel documents are valid for the retreat.
​
Third-Party Responsibility

Social Wellness Club is not responsible for third-party services, including transport delays or cancellations (flights, buses, ferries) related to your retreat.

General Waiver

Participation in retreat activities is voluntary. By booking, you waive the right to bring any claims against Social Wellness Club, its agents, contractors, or employees for any damage, loss, injury, or death that occurs during the retreat.

Photo & Video Usage

By participating in the retreat, you grant Social Wellness Club permission to use any photos or videos featuring you for marketing or commercial purposes across all channels, without compensation.
​
Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the retreat. Social Wellness Club assumes no responsibility for injuries, loss, or death during the retreat.
​
Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend Social Wellness Club and its contractors from any claims arising out of your actions or omissions during the retreat.
​
Severability
-
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
