SWC Ambassadors
We have an amazing ambassador team passionate about wellness and supporting others! You'll see their friendly faces at all of our events and coffee clubs so be sure to say hi!

I joined one of the first SWC coffee meet ups having heard about it through the London running club grapevine! I instantly knew it was something I wanted to be part of. I’ve met some amazing friends, learned so much about wellness - from nutrition, to sleep, to mindfulness - been inspired to go sober and have signed up to my first ever ultra endurance event. This is a very special community and I feel lucky to be part of it!

I first heard about SWC from a friend in November 2023, as I believe the first Walk and Talk that was put on. After really enjoying that I started going to more of the events. Since being an ambassador, I have met and made friends with such lovely and like minded people and heard from so many inspiring people that have spoken at all the events.

I couldn’t be happier to be an ambassador for SWC. I have met some amazing people and learned SO much about sleep, endurance, stress management, nutrition, the lot, and often with a holistic approach which I love. SWC is a special group where people want to learn from each other, and be healthier/ better in every way. While I’m not out there smashing out 15km runs (maybe one day), I do love yoga, cycling and meditation.

Delighted to be an ambassador for SWC! By day, I’m a sports industry consultant, but by night, I’m the DJ you’ll find spinning tunes at SWC events. Since discovering this incredible community in January 2024, I’ve found a real sense of belonging and made close friends. I feel blessed to be a part of this team who are doing incredible things.

I was looking to change my surroundings and connect with like minded people, those who want more out of life, care about their health, and aren't afraid to step out of their comfort zones. My first experience with SWC was a Walk and Talk event in Regent's Park, and I instantly knew these were the people I wanted to be around more often. My passion for content creation led me to become a Content Ambassador for SWC (keep an eye out for candid photos!).

I've been on a wellness journey for a while but made the most positive changes to my life since joining SWC. I went to my first social at the start of the year and I made some amazing friends there that are now a big part of my life and I have learned so much from the people I've met at these socials, whether they are the experts giving talks, the founders, existing ambassadors or other attendees.

I heard about SWC through a friend & immediately it sounded like a community I wanted to be involved with. I was completing a ‘year sober’ challenge & wanted ways to socialise that didn’t revolve around alcohol.
As a fitness coach, I am always looking for ways to better my physical but also mental health & it’s so nice these events can inspire me to do so whilst meeting new people with similar mindsets.

As a life coach and someone who has been on my own well-being journey for a while, the SWC community has been incredibly empowering. Learning about all things well being during the events, but also meeting like-minded people who are on similar journeys has been invaluable to my personal growth. I’m really grateful to have found this community and to be part of this amazing project and team!
