Hishem Azzouz, Founder of Hector

Founder, Recruiter and podcast host: Hishem started his sobriety journey in his twenties after one too many ‘I’m never drinking again moments’. Based in London, he’s well versed in navigating a City where drinking is a big part of the culture.

Lauren Amy White

Lauren is a fitness enthusiast, coach, and motivational speaker.

After her own battles with addiction, mental health and eating disorders, Lauren made the decision to go sober. She now uses her own story to inspire and guide others on their journey, and works alongside some incredible organisations including the Amy Winehouse Foundation and The Princes Trust.
