Join us on Thursday, July 18th, for an SWC Sober Social, as you know and love it, but elevated in every way possible!
We’ll be joined by Kori Sampson and Lauren White, who are gearing up to discuss all topics related to sobriety, health, fitness, well-being, addiction, and challenging yourself.
Expect to hear about...
- Kori and Lauren's stories from their past and how their experiences have set them on the path they are on today
- How connecting with yourself and seeking challenges can help provide structure and clarity
- How to navigate today's society with the pressures of thirsty Thursdays at work and heavy weekend nights out with your peers
We'll also be joined by some fantastic brands in the 0% alcohol space (more will be announced soon).

Kori Sampson
Kori Sampson is an endurance athlete & fitness model, with a large social media presence.
Kori has embarked on a transformative journey of sobriety after years of neglecting his mental & physical health. Kori's story not only highlights the power of embracing one's passions but also serves as an inspiration to others facing similar challenges.
His journey underscores the importance of holistic health and the pursuit of a fulfilling life beyond addiction. He speaks passionately about the significance of integrity, particularly with oneself, and the profound impact of undertaking challenging endeavours. His insights into the importance of discipline and routine in navigating tough times resonate deeply, offering valuable lessons applicable to various facets of daily life.
Lauren White
Lauren is a renowned mentor; specialist in trauma, addiction, mental health and well-being. She has spoken across the UK; famously featured on behalf of The Amy Winehouse and Princes Trust, whilst also working closely with private schools and abroad in Hong Kong. Lauren speaks about learning to become sober whilst managing your thoughts and feelings in today’s society, as well as the pressures of fitting in and being a part of something vs choosing what’s right for you.
