Maryanne is a highly experienced sleep consultant, driven by a deep passion for helping adolescents and adults overcome their sleep challenges. Her journey into sleep consultancy began with her own struggles, having been diagnosed with chronic fatigue as a young adult. Later, the demands of caring for non-sleeping babies and the onset of menopause further
disrupted her sleep, sparking her determination to find effective solutions.
As a member of the British Sleep Society and the International Association for Sleep Consultants, Maryanne is well-informed of the latest research and developments in the field of sleep health. Her commitment to excellence and compassionate care has earned her a reputation as a trusted expert in the industry.
