Jessie thrived in sales but faced stress-induced health issues, prompting a journey to prioritise well-being. After immersive yoga training in Bali and India, she founded WOGA, spreading positivity in workplaces. Embracing life's ups and downs, Jessie advocates for fully embracing each moment and finding growth in challenges.

David Gibbs (MBACP): "Three Pathways to Happiness" Explore the pathways to happiness with David Gibbs as he draws on psychological research and the wisdom of philosophical and spiritual traditions. Gain insights to unlock greater happiness and fulfillment in your life.

About David...

David is an Existential Therapist and Head Of Wellness at F04. With ten years of sobriety, David Gibbs is a qualified Therapist, blending professional insight with a wealth of lived experience. His diverse background spans music management, media agency leadership and he now works predominately with music industry talent and high performing executives. He is also resident therapist on the successful podcast "They Think It's All Sober', along side industry companions Tom Hollings (Billen Ted and Jamie Osman).
