Introduction to Flow and Creativity:
An introductory session from one of our friends in the flow-focused ecosystem, providing insights on what flow state is and why creativity plays a crucial role in enhancing and complementing it. In a nutshell, flow state is a mental state where a person is wholly focused on a one specific task or activity.

🧭 Directions:
- Come out of London Bridge station back exit onto St Thomas St - the road with entrance to shard & Vinegar Yard.
- Walk towards Bermondsey street and take a right onto 'Snowfields rd' before you reach Bermondsey Bar & Kitchen. Hardwidge street is a small street on the left and the door has large orange stripes on it.
- Press the buzzer for Bulbshare when you arrive + head up to the top floor.
