From the NHS to the arctic: Lessons in creating healthy habits Becca Salmon Dr Becca Salmon is an NHS and Global Expedition doctor who inspires people to improve their health through lifestyle measures such as physical activity and getting outdoors. She has travelled the world as a doctor in all environments, including the Arctic, jungles and mountains. Dr Becca is also the Founder of The Healthcare Club, a community set up to improve the health of healthcare workers in the UK. After becoming burnt out in her job, she wanted to create a space to reduce burnout for other healthcare professionals by encouraging healthy habits, setting boundaries, and prioritising self-care.
